Product Overview

1200℃ STT series products are mainly used for large materials sintering or small production application development; the furnace adopts high-quality chamber material and large chamber constuction technology, and the high-quality alloy resistance wire is used for heating element, and the temperature controller uses microcomputer PID control module to achieve precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements.

Features

The furnace material is vacuum-formed alumina ceramic fiber material and does not drop powder in high temperature, heat capacity is small, energy saving above 50%.
The heating element is made of high-quality alloy wire, which can bear large load, stable and long service life.
The heating rate is fast, generally 0-30℃/min to be set freely
Using intelligent PID temperature control instrument, with program function, can set the temperature rise curve, can be programmed 32 segments
High precision of temperature control, small temperature compensation and temperature accuracy ± 1 ° C
